The Method.
DEI Training and Consultation
Facilitate workshops that lead participants to look within themselves to identify how their experiences and perspective shape their actions and choices. Collaborate with teams to develop culturally-sensitive strategies to address inequity. Foster social change, through introspective analysis, one person, one organization at a time.
